Balance to be paid in one instalment £750

PHASES 3 - as Nov 1st 2023 edit
Cancellation 21 days after booking/payment - full refund
Cancellation 30 days after booking/payment 50% of amount refund
The full booking will be non-refundable after January 12th 2024.
(Unless extreme illness or situations affecting world travel and insurance )
Your booking date will be within this time frame above in Phase 3
This will be moving to ‘phase 4’ at the end of December, if spaces left, ‘terms and conditions’ to be updated, refund will be severely restricted.
PLEASE Note
In-case of payment plan breakdown (mid booking) £150 will be held for admin chargers.
Credit card payments incur an £45 admin additional charge
SOUL FLOW CANCELATIONS
In the event that Soul Flow retreats has to cancel:
The retreat will be canceled if we have insufficient numbers. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat all money paid to Soul Flow will be fully refunded to each booking,
Soul Flow cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to retreat cancellation including flights.
We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance with a robust cancellation policy to cover eventualities.
Please note if details of the itinerary change, we will insure sufficient replacements at all times.
