Everyone is welcome. Men and women of all levels, beginners included.

Mats and props are provided at the venue.

Itinerary:

• 11am: Arrival tea & welcome

• Yang & Yin Lunar Flow (1.5 hours)

• 1.45pm : Chinese-inspired lunch & Themed creative craft & intention setting

• 3-4pm : Closing Yoga Nidra and guided meditation
